These Terms govern your use of MyTheraverseOS operated by Theraverse.

1. Service description

MyTheraverseOS is a care-coordination platform for neurodivergent children, connecting families, therapists, and administrators. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care or clinical diagnosis.

2. Eligibility

Parents must be 18+ and lawful guardians. Providers must hold valid professional credentials. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or third-party data without authorisation
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals and families

4. Health information

AI-extracted records are drafts for your review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on them clinically.

5. Data protection

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Notice under the DPDP Act. Consent given at registration is logged with version and timestamp.

6. Subscription & payments

Paid plans are processed by Razorpay. Refunds follow our published subscription policy and applicable consumer law.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may delete your account via Privacy & Data settings or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in India, without prejudice to your rights under the DPDP Act.
